Hi, I’m Eva,
I lead with passion, design with purpose, mentor junior designers, and make sure everything’s print-ready—one dieline at a time.
I turn junior designers into confident creatives—and I actually like explaining bleed vs. trim for the 10th time.
Currently working with Revlon and its portfolio of brands, including Elizabeth Arden on final packaging production and Revlon/Almay retail walls, where I provide art guidance and lead final production—bringing designs to life across print and in-store environments, including major retailers like CVS, Walmart, Target and Ulta. I lead with ownership and collaboration, staying focused on delivering the strongest results for the team—regardless of the title.
I’ve taught both graphic design and print production in fast-paced, real-world settings. Whether it’s walking someone through their first dieline or decoding vendor jargon, I believe in making the complex feel doable—and even fun.
What I’m known for:
🔸 Perfectly print-ready or pixel-perfect artwork
🔸 Adapting creative designs for multiple retail environments
🔸 Leading designers with heart and clarity
🔸 Making complex print production feel doable
When I’m not deep in dielines, I’m probably barefoot jogging on the beach, whipping up a steak & eggs breakfast, or adding another striped button-down to my collection. In my free time, I enjoy passion projects—one of them was even featured in Design Rush’s “Best Snack Packaging Designs” (shoutout to #3).
In short: I help build brands and teach design with heart—delivering designs that are perfectly print-ready every time.
For me, design isn’t just about delivering great work — it’s about teaching, supporting, and growing with my team.
That’s why I make it a priority to create supporting documents, templates, tutorials, and video guides. I want junior designers to feel confident and equipped, whether I’m in the room or not.
On a day-to-day basis, my role involves guiding and supporting the team in many ways — providing art guidance, reviewing designs for print readiness, teaching the basics of design and production, or helping someone adapt a layout to a new dieline while ensuring brand consistency. Every day looks a little different, but the goal is always the same: to make sure the team feels confident and supported.
Here’s an example of the tutorial videos I create so the team always has a reference. The content is blurred for confidentiality, but it reflects the type of training resources I’ve built across teams and roles throughout my career.
This is the kind of work I love most: combining design with teaching, so the whole team can move forward together with clarity and confidence — no matter the project or the deadline.
